Store Policies

PAYMENT: I accept both PayPal and major credit cards as form of payment.

CORRECT ADDRESS: PLEASE double and triple check that your address is correct BEFORE purchasing! Usually I have already mailed your package by the time you realize your address is wrong. I will not be responsible for packages mailed with the wrong address due to your error!

SHIPPING: I ship within 3-5 business days. For launches, sales and promotions, please allow 5-14 business days. All packages are sent with tracking info.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS: Currently, I ship within the US, to Canada, to Australia and to the UK. For international purchases... Your package will be marked "Merchandise", NOT "Gift". I will not be responsible for taxes, duties or customs fees associated with your country. If your package gets confiscated, I will not be held responsible.

SHIPPING PRICES: Shipping prices are non-negotiable.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Combined shipping for multiple orders is NOT offered. It's quite tedious and time consuming for me to search through orders. Make sure you have everything you want in your cart before checking out.

REFUNDS: Refunds will not be given for buyer’s remorse or if you don't like a color. Please understand that I am a small business and I cannot afford to give refunds for these reasons. If you're unsure about a color, you can email me with any questions.

BROKEN BOTTLES: I carefully wrap each individual polish so that it gets to you safe and sound BUT sometimes a bottle can get damaged through the USPS. Please understand that I have no control over this. I will refund you if you receive a broken bottle damaged in transit. You MUST provide proof (pictures) of the broken bottle within 24 hours of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

HUMAN ERROR: I sometimes make mistakes!! Whether it’s that I sent a mislabeled bottle or the wrong bottle of polish all together! Please email me as soon as you discover a mistake with your order and I will correct it! Michelle@polishm.com
